Goals/Objectives:
Culturally-relevant, holistic, supportive programs and services are delivered at a local level. To assist people to obtain and maintain housing.
Target:
Homeless or those at risk of becoming homeless.
Services Provided:
- Housing applications
- Workshops
- Group events
- One-on-one activities
- Advocacy
